Guang zhou Hi-Tec Wing Construction Supervision Co.,Ltd (hereinafter as HWCSC) is one of the largest constrution supervision unit in the South China area, subordinate to the China State Shipbuilding Corporation (Ministry) and under the leedership of Guangzhou Marine Engineering Corporation(Boreau). Approved by the Ministry of Construction of China, the HWCSC holds class A credential certificate of construction supervision signed and issued by the competent Ministry. HWCSC is qualified for undertaking the construction supervision and consulting services of marine engineering, port and terminals, road and bridge, water-borne projects, shipyard facilites,industrial and public buildings, both at home and abroad.
Re-registered by Guangzhou Industrial & Commercial Administration Bureau in 1996, HWCSC is an enterprise with independent quafified legal personnel and accoenting management system.
Since 1988, before founding up of HWCSC, many engineers taken part in the construction supervision and consulting services for more than 168 projects with large or medium scale, both in design and construction
