人员素质

   公司成立时，由取得监理工程师资格的在职研究员和高级工程师分别担任单位法定代表人和技术负责人。目前，取得监理工程师资格的工民建、水工结构、船舶工程，给出排水、电气、制冷通风、机械设备安装、勘察、测量、工程经济、计算机、水文、路桥、工程地质等专业的工程技术与管理工作人员208人，其中高级工程师60人，高级经济师4人，工程师80人。

 

资产设备

   公司注册资金100万元，其中固定资产60万元，流动资金40万元。监理中使用的设备：
      1、奔腾四、586计算机，工程项目管理软件TZ-PROJECT；
      2、绘图机、激光打印机、针状打印机、复印机；
      3、鉴定材料、设备和工程质量的检测仪器包括；美国产大应变和小应变动测仪；瑞士经纬仪全站监测仪；
      4、各类型勘探设备；抽芯监测用百米工程钻机；疏浚及港池验收用双频测深及旁测声纳扫海仪；确认桩基持力层、可连续揭示海场以下10~30米地层的浅层剖面仪；
      5、工程师专用车3辆；
      6、传真、电话、寻呼、手提等快速的通讯设备。提供CMA检测资质，保证检测的质量。

 

Membership Quallfieation

   When funding up of the HWCSC, the legal and technical personnel in charge are separately held by an assigned research fellow and a senior engineer both being supervision engineers. At present there are 208 quafified supervision engineers, such as architecture and marine structure, shipbuilding engineering, water supply and drainage, electricity, refrigeration and ventilation, machinery and equipment disposition, geological investigaton, survey, engineering economy, computer, phdrology, highway and bridge, geotechnology. Among them, there are 60 senior engineers, 4 senior economists and 80 engineers.

 

Assets & EquipmentEquipment

   The registered capital of HWCSC is one million RMB of which the fixed and working capital are 0.6 and 0.4 million separately.
      (1) different types o f computer;
      (2) detectors for checking materials,equipment and work quality;
      (3) high precision survey equipment;
      (4) high speed communication apparatus;
      (5) geotechnical investigation equipment;
      (6) means of comminication;
      (7) eontermporary office apparatus ,etc.
